Yes, a marketing budget is required in addition to your selected FirmFunnel plan. If you already have a budget, we recommend reallocating a portion to support this initiative. To achieve meaningful results, we suggest a minimum ad spend of $20/day. This allows us to execute, test, and optimize effectively alongside your plan.

Note: We do not manage Google Ads. We assume you are already maximizing this channel. In many cases, firms actually reduce their Google Ads spend to reallocate that budget into our initiatives.

Do I Need an In-House Marketer to Work with FirmFunnel?

No, you don’t need an internal marketing team. We can either complement your existing efforts or fully handle your marketing for you.

That said, it's important to note: we don’t coordinate directly with in-house marketers or take direction from them. Our systems are designed to run independently, based on proven frameworks that drive results.
Once I Receive Leads, What Happens Next? Do You Have Plans to Continue the Process Up to Conversion?

You’ll receive all lead information in one centralized location—either in a Google Sheet or directly in your CRM—with full real-time access and visibility. Once a lead is acquired, we set up an automated trigger that prompts the prospect to take the next step, most often through email or text (e.g., booking a 15-minute intro consult via email). From a lead generation perspective, that’s where our role ends. The effectiveness of your call-to-action (or your offer)—and the perceived value it offers—will largely determine how many leads move further into your funnel. Ultimately, the quality of the session you deliver will influence whether that lead becomes a paying client.

The Lead Generation Plan includes a conversion call-to-action, making it a full-cycle solution, but it does not include an ongoing nurturing process with new initiatives to perpetually attempt to convert those leads.

Nurturing and Conversion Plan:

Most leads won’t convert right away, but that doesn’t mean they’re lost. This plan is designed to consistently nurture non-converting leads over time, keeping your firm top-of-mind until they’re ready to take action. Through automated sequences with strategic call-to-actions, we keep leads engaged and move them closer to conversion at the right stage in their journey.

It’s an ongoing system that builds trust, maintains relevance, and ensures no opportunity is left behind.

You’ll have full, ongoing access through the platform of your choice, and your leads are never shared or publicly accessible. These are exclusive, warm inbound leads—people who have actively engaged with your firm’s initiative, not random contacts scraped from the web. Each lead has shown real interest and is qualified based on direct interaction with your brand.

Please note: If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to key components of our service, including landing pages, secondary domains paid for by our company, automated workflows and triggers, custom lead generation assets (such as documents and products created during the service), and all background systems that support and deliver your results.
